EXCHANGE TERMS

Goods once sold shall not be exchanged/ returned.

Customers are expected to understand the fabric types, and the inherent textures and feel. Any query in this regard can be sent to us before the order is placed.

All products are diligently checked before shipping. For handwoven goods, there may be certain acceptable levels of inconsistencies in the products. These cannot be considered defects.

Wholesale prices are subject to change depending on input costs and product life-cycles.

We wish to assure you that the above conditions have been carefully designed to safeguard your own interest as a genuine reseller of our products.

WHOLESALE RETURNS

When you place a wholesale order with Rewaa, it's our topmost priority to deliver quality products and to give you the most enjoyable and hassle-free buying experience.

We request you to please consider the following before placing an online wholesale order with us.

• Returns and exchanges are not applicable for wholesale purchases.
• Being re-sellers, we expect you to understand the fabric types, and the inherent textures and feel.
• Depending on the screen-type and lighting conditions, there can be a marginal to substantial difference in colors of the product. This is outside our control. If you are not comfortable with any variation in colour on account of these technical reasons, we recommend visiting our Surat office for a personal purchase.
• We often use color-family names instead of the specific color name in the product titles and descriptions. Some colors may overlap into multiple color-families. For eg, a sea-green or aqua-green may also look blue. Still you may find them titled as Green, as they can be considered to be a variant of Green. To avoid confusion, we recommend considering the color visible in the images as a better indicator of the actual colors.

CANCELLATIONS

Requests for cancellations can be accepted before the product is shipped. We shall send you mail once your ordered merchandise is shipped. Once the product is shipped, we will not be able to entertain a cancellation request.

In the event of your cancellation request being accepted, we shall refund the money paid towards the cancelled order within fifteen working days of cancellation of order. Please note that all refunds would be through a NEFT transfer/Cheque deposit in your Bank Account and no Cash payments will be made in lieu of the same.
