Rewaa understands the importance of fast, efficient service and hence strives to deliver your orders in a timely manner. Our large network aims to provide your orders in a quick, secure way and takes about 15-45 days.

Due  to COVID-19 the shipping time may vary depending on the  country or location.

  

Payment of your order is accepted through Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Razor Pay and most international credit and debit cards. We currently accept payments in US dollar, Singapore Dollar, Euros, Australian Dollar, Canadian Dollar, and Indian Rupees.

 

To be eligible to receive your purchase from the website, a minimum of 1 product needs to be ordered.

 

MRPs of all products are inclusive of all the taxes. The taxes are levied as per the government laws (bound to change as per the change in government tax laws).

 

For Indian Customers, product prices displayed are inclusive of all taxes and duties. For International Customers, product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are in, payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

 

Once your order has been placed, you can change the delivery address within 24 hours. However, should you need to do this; you can call our client care team who will be able to assist further. After the packing of the product is complete, no modification in the shipping address will be accepted.

The parcels dispatched by DHL and FedX will experience an expected delivery due to the peak festive season and will be delivered within 15 to 25 days.

 

In case the order does not reach you within the stipulated time period, you can raise the complaint at contact@rewaafashion.com with your order number.
